 Interim Management Statement 
OPD Group plc {"the Group"), the recruitment services organisation, is today 
issuing an Interim Management Statement 
 for the third quarter of 2009. 
Net fee income for the quarter was GBP16.7m, 27% down on that achieved in the 
equivalent period of 2008. Trading conditions 
 remain challenging in the 
majority of the markets in which the Group operates, 
In the half year report the Board commented that it was considering either 
raising additional funds through a rights issue or through 
 disposal of part 
of the equity in its operating subsidiaries to their management. Discussions 
with the management of the operating 
 subsidiaries regarding the sale of 
part of these businesses are ongoing.
