The  Company was notified today that Mr. John Michael Botros yesterday purchased 
15,364,627 ordinary shares in the Company, at a price of 0.13p per share, and  a 
further  7,500,000 ordinary shares at a price of 0.13p today.   Mr.  Botros  now 
holds  22,864,627  ordinary  shares, 27.45%  of  the  Company's  ordinary  share 
capital. 
 
Mr.  Renwick  Robert  Haddow yesterday sold 15,364,627 ordinary  shares  in  the 
Company and no longer holds a notifiable interest. 
 
Mr.  Keith  Millhench,  a  director of the Company,  has  today  sold  7,500,000 
ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 0.13p per share and no longer holds 
any ordinary shares in the Company.
