--Exxon Mobil will sell energy assets in Norway for $4 billion and exit production in that country, Reuters reported Thursday, citing "three sources familiar with the matter."

--A company spokeswoman said "As a matter of practice, we don't comment on commercial discussions," according to the report.

--Exxon is also looking at selling assets in the North Sea, the report said, citing "industry sources."
