Exxon Mobil Names Len Fox Controller

Exxon Mobil Corp. said it named Len Fox as vice president and
controller, effective March 1.
Mr. Fox will replace David Rosenthal, who will retire on or
about July 1.
Mr. Fox has worked for Exxon Mobil since 1988, starting as an
analyst in Exxon Coal and Minerals controllers organization in
Houston. He has held roles including in financial services in Exxon
Chemical Co. and Exxon Co. U.S.A., planning in ExxonMobil
Production Co., as chief financial officer for the Aera joint
venture, and as general auditor for Exxon's upstream companies.
More recently, Mr. Fox was treasurer for ExxonMobil Chemical Co.
and the assistant controller and assistant treasurer for Exxon
Mobil.
Mr. Rosenthal has been vice president and controller since 2014.
He began his career with Exxon in 1979 as a financial analyst at
Exxon Chemical Americas in Houston.
