The Company was informed today that the trustees of the Shore Capital Group
Employee Incentive Trust (the "Trust") have today disposed of its remaining
holding of 5,193,366 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company, equating to
1.98% of the issued share capital of the Company, at a price per share of 21p.
The potential beneficiaries of the Trust are any such employees of the Company
and its subsidiaries as the trustees may determine.
