It holds 100% interest in the Golden Crest gold project covering an area of approximately 33,000 acres of mining claims located in western South Dakota, Lawrence County; and 85% interest in the Chambara project, which consists of 12 concessions covering an area of approximately 9,880 hectares located in Peru. It also holds 100% interest in the Cat Creek project located in south-central Colorado and Bright Angel Gold-Copper Project located in North-Central Colorado. The company was formerly known as Solitario Zinc Corp. and changed its name to Solitario Resources Corp. in July 2023.
