BLC Broadband Learning (Tier2)

Broadband Learning Corporation ("Broadband") (TSX VENTURE:BLC), a participant in
the rapidly expanding distance learning and digital media markets, has accepted
the request of Byrne Hopkin, its Chief Financial Officer to be placed on medical
leave and to relinquish the position of CFO of Broadband. Andrus Wilson, a
current director of Broadband and the Chair of its Audit Committee, has been
appointed to act as CFO until such time as a replacement is appointed.
