In an off market transaction completed on 4 April 2003, Thomas Turrell
transferred (by gift) his entire holding of 1,517,211 ordinary shares (6.00%) in
the Company to Neutral Trust, a family trust.

Following this transaction, Neutral Trust holds 1,517,211 ordinary shares
(6.00%) in the Company.
