American Commerce Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB: AACS) today announced that the self-imposed silence during contract negotiations will be broken. ACS President and Chief Executive Officer, Daniel L. Over the next few weeks we will release updates for each operation.� According to Hefner, during the period of near total silence, the company�s common stock, trading under the symbol AACS, has declined by almost 40%. He made no comment as to expectations for share price, instead stating that he expected to have a positive investor response to the announcement of resumption of information flow.
