ARCADIS to Provide Facility Management for NS

engineering company, today announced that its 50% subsidiary
ARCADIS AQUMEN FACILITY MANAGEMENT (AAFM), has signed a contract to
provide facility management services to NS Poort, the part of the
Dutch railway company that is active in the (re-)development of
locations, operating buildings and terrains in and around railway
stations. The contract is for a 5-year period and will start on
June 1, 2009. Financial details have not been disclosed. Of the
employees of NS Poort who are currently employed in a facility
management capacity, the majority will be employed directly by AAFM
(approximately 30 people). It is AAFM's first contract in the
transport sector. "Once again, the ARCADIS facility management
