Item 8.01. Other Events

On October 10, 2022, the Company was successfully uplisted to the OTCQB Venture Market, and began trading on the same day when the market opened under the symbol “LZGI.”

On October 11, 2022, the Company issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing the uplisting to OTCQB Venture Market. A copy of the Press Release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
