completed its acquisition of all rights and title to the La Bon
Table Brand food, beverage and technologies products. The products
include "au" Le Cadeau Natural Mountain Spring Water, the product
line of La Bon Table Gourmet Dinner Entrees, and the Z CAC
Controlled Atmosphere Transport Container. This multi million
dollar transaction was paid for with a combination of stock and
future contractual agreements. The stock issued in the acquisition
is currently being distributed to the La Bon Table
shareholders.
