Our management requires additional time to prepare our Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2020, which could not be completed without incurring undue hardship and expense. We anticipate filing our complete Quarterly Report for the period ended March 31, 2020 on or before June 30, 2020.

Revenues will increase for the three months ended March 31, 2020 as compared to the three months ended March 31, 2019 due to increased sales at Mom’s Silver Shop. Other income (expense) will decrease due to less interest expense, a gain on settlement of debt, and elimination of fair value of derivative liabilities, all due to the settlement of outstanding debt in January 2020. The Company is not able to quantify the changes at this time.
