The Company announces the appointment of Andy Gladwin ACA as Company Secretary of the Company, with effect from 1 March 2017 replacing Joy Baggaley as Company Secretary following her resignation on 28 February 2017. Andy Gladwin is the Group Financial Controller of The Riverside Group Limited the parent of the Company.
