Results of Annual General Meeting
AZ Electronic Materials S.A. ("AZ" or "Company") is pleased to
confirm that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM" or "Meeting")
held in Luxembourg at noon today, shareholders passed each of the
proposed resolutions by the requisite majority on a poll. The full
text of each resolution is set out in the Notice of Meeting dated
17 March 2014, which is available on the Company's website at
www.azem.com.
