CIRCULAR TO SHAREHOLDERS

The Company has sent to all shareholders a circular convening a separate class meeting of the holders of Participating Shares in the Company and an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company's Shareholders to consider recommended proposals for the orderly realisation of the Company's portfolio and payment of redemption entitlements to participating shareholders.
