IntegraFin Holdings plc (the "Company")
CORRECTION: DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING
The following amendment has been made to the Notification of
Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
(PDMRs) announcement released on 22 June 2023 under RNS No. 6346D
.
In the body of the announcement and also in sections 4(c) and
(d) of the PDMR form, the aggregated share price was stated as
GBP1.4871 whereas it should have stated GBP2.564.
All other details remain the same and the amended announcement
appears below in full containing the corrected figures.

The Company announces that it was notified on 22 June 2023 that
the trustee of the Company's Share Incentive Plan allocated
ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each in the Company to each of the
following Directors of the Company/Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities ("PDMRs") as set out below:

These shares have been acquired by the trustee of the IntegraFin
Share Incentive Plan 2018 by way of market purchase at a price of
GBP2.564 per share.
