CHANGE OF NAME 
 
Further to the announcement made by the Company on 5 July 2010 that the name of 
the Company changed to Amati VCT plc, the Company confirms that the TIDM on the 
London Stock Exchange will change to ATI. 
 
Share certificates under the names of First State Investments AIM VCT plc and 
Noble AIM VCT plc will remain valid and do not need to be changed.
