Suspension of Shares

As set out in the announcement released on 27 May 2016, the Company's shares have today been suspended from trading from AIM pending the result of the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held at 9.00 a.m. today (the "EGM"). If the special resolution to wind up the Company voluntarily and to appoint the Liquidator and to approve ancillary matters, cancel the admission of the Company's Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM in accordance with the AIM Rules, is approved by Shareholders, cancellation of the Company's shares from trading on AIM will take place at 7.00 a.m. (London time) on 29 June 2016.
