    Purchase of own shares 


    Versatile Systems Inc. announces that, pursuant to its normal course issuer bid which commenced on 26 November 2007, the Company
acquired 37,000 common shares at a price of CDN$ 0.16 per share on 2 June 2008. Following this purchase, the number of common shares
outstanding is 119,406,143. The shares purchased will initially be held as treasury shares and, subject to Board approval, will be
cancelled. The number of treasury shares now held by the Company is 1,742,500.
