NEW
YORK, Feb. 4, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- S&P
Global Market Intelligence, a provider of information services and
solutions to global markets, announced today the launch of its new
Automated Data Ingestion (ADI) capability within iLEVEL, the
flagship private markets investment management solution for private
markets investors. The newly available capability is designed to
revolutionize the way asset managers monitor their portfolios,
significantly reducing the time spent gathering and uploading large
volumes of data.
As the Private Markets landscape continues to evolve, investors
are looking to scale their existing data collection efforts while
bringing new sources of insights into their portfolio monitoring
workflows. The new Automated Data Ingestion capability offers
intuitive functionality that helps deal teams and portfolio
companies easily add new documents. Once uploaded, the latest data
is automatically extracted and mapped into iLEVEL, making it
readily available for market-leading portfolio analytics,
valuations, peer comparables, commitment pacing, and reporting
workflows.
"Automated Data Ingestion is a game-changer for our iLEVEL
clients, addressing the growing demand for private investment data
by leveraging AI to simplify the data lifecycle," said
Iyan Adewuya, Head of Private
Markets and Head of Product for Enterprise Solutions, S&P
Global Market Intelligence. "This AI-powered solution enables
LPs and GPs to focus on driving operational and investment alpha at
scale, while our technology handles the complexities of data
processing and management."
Key capabilities of this new innovation include:
- AI-driven data extraction: The capability utilizes AI to
extract structured and unstructured data from original source
documents, including PDFs and spreadsheets, and map the data into
iLEVEL;
- One-time document collection set-up: Users can
seamlessly customize workflows for each portfolio company;
- Recurring collection of any document type: Automated
workflows support the recurring collection of various document
types across multiple reporting periods;
- Data validation and mapping: Users can navigate the
validation experience and make real-time corrections to extracted
data;
- Audit experience: Enhanced visibility into workflow
status with click-to-data-trace functionality for original document
access.
ADI is one of the latest enhancements made to the iLEVEL
platform. iLEVEL also recently introduced a collaboration with
Maestro, a value creation platform for General Partners. The iLEVEL
integration with Maestro will seamlessly connect the monitoring and
value creation workflows.
Launched in 2010, iLEVEL is a leading private markets portfolio
management solution that helps General Partners (GPs) and Limited
Partners (LPs) streamline data collection, valuation, and reporting
workflows, and is leveraged by more than 700 investors to manage
their portfolios.
