The Company was notified on 31 December 2003 by Scottish Widows Investment
Partnership Limited, on behalf of the Lloyds TSB Group of Companies, that it has
an interest in 1,808,450 ordinary shares of 2.5p in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares"). Of this interest, 1,203,350 Ordinary Shares are material interests,
which represents approximately 3.13 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company
