DICOM Group plc: Transfer of shares


DICOM Group plc ("DICOM Group"), a global leader in the Electronic Document
Capture (EDC) market, announces that it has been informed today by its Chief
Executive Officer, Arnold von Buren, that today Mr. von Buren arranged to
transfer 279,932 Ordinary Shares in DICOM Group to his wife (the "Transfer").


Mr. von Buren is beneficially interested in 595,112 Ordinary Shares in DICOM
Group. This figure includes the 279,932 Ordinary Shares which were the subject
of the Transfer.


Mrs. von Buren is interested in 279,932 Ordinary Shares of DICOM Group.
