Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers

The registrant, ERF Wireless, Inc., is referred to herein as "we", "our" or "us".

On November 6, 2015, we received and accepted the resignation of Manny M. Carter as Director of ERF Wireless, Inc., effective November 1, 2015. Mr. Carter had served as a Director since October 2012. Carter stated that he was resigning for personal reasons.
