Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.

 

On March 24. 2021, Sharing Services Global Corporation (the “Company”) adopted a change in its fiscal year end from a fiscal year ending on April 30 to a fiscal year ending on March 31, effective immediately. The adoption of a new fiscal year end is pursuant to a prior authorization by the Company’s Board of Directors. The Company believes that adoption of a fiscal year ending on March 31 will enhance the usefulness and comparability of information reported about the Company’s financial position and results of operations by aligning such information more closely with that of other public reporting entities.

 

The Company’s financial statements for the transition period from May 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021 will be included in the Company’s next Annual Report on Form 10-K.
