SMC Entertainment Announces Company Name and Business Strategies Branding

In-light of the recently announced Letter of Intent to acquire FiberSKY Networks, Inc., SMC’s management team and board of directors have decided to change the Company’s name to FiberSky Corp. To that end, the Company’s securities attorney is in the process of submitting required regulatory documentation for the corporate name change and an application for a new stock trading symbol. The Company will be launching a new website under the domain name www.fiberskycorp.com. Moving forward, FiberSky Corp. will be the parent of existing and future subsidiaries.

FiberSKY Networks, Inc., soon to be a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has submitted a trademark application to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to trademark FiberSKY. The application was assigned serial number 88513143.
