The Company announces that Peter Rogers (non-executive director of the Company)
purchased 300,000 of the Company's ordinary shares at 3.5 pence per share on 10
December 2003.

After this transaction, Peter Rogers holds 400,000 of the Company's ordinary
shares, representing approximately 0.39 per cent. of the issued ordinary share
capital of the Company.
