NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES

The Company was notified today by Hermes Administration Services Limited, on
behalf of The Royal Mail Trustees Limited, informing them that they have a
material interest in 857,723 shares, representing 4.06% of the issued ordinary
share capital of the company. The shares are registered in the name of PossFund
Nominees Limited.

As a result Hermes Administration Services Limited now have an interest in
2,120,030 shares representing 10.03% of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.
