Urbium plc (the "Company") announces that Nigel Wray, a non-executive director
of the Company, yesterday notified the Company that he acquired yesterday 5,000
ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 431 pence per share and 10,000
shares at a price of 429.67 pence per share. Mr Wray is now deemed to be
interested in 612,163 ordinary shares in the Company.
