Final Terms dated 9 January 2023 relating to the Series 2023-C1 GBP 750,000,000 Floating Rate Regulation S Covered Bonds due 11 January 2028 issued by Westpac Banking Corporation (ABN 33 007 457 141) under its U.S.$40 billion Global Covered Bond Programme unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments of interest and principal by BNY Trust Company of Australia Limited as trustee of the Westpac Covered Bond Trust.
