should have been issued under the Company name of Western Power Dist. (South 
Wales) PLC and not under the Company name of Western Power Dist. (South West) 
PLC.

With effect from 31 July 2001, South Wales Electricity PLC changed its name to 
Western Power Distribution (South Wales) PLC.
