Posting of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Ashington Innovation plc (LSE: ASHI; FSE: 6FW), a special purpose acquisition company ("SPAC"), announces it will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at 11:00 a.m. on 17 June 2024 at the offices of Fladgate LLP at 16 Great Queen Street, London, WC2B 5DG.

Details of the arrangements for this year's AGM are set out in the Notice of AGM. The Notice of AGM, together with the Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements for the 17 months ended 31 December 2023 and a Form of Proxy, will be posted to shareholders today. Copies of the Notice of AGM and the Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements will shortly be available on the Company's website.
