Resignation of Director of the Company

Dana notes that, in connection with the acquisition of the Company by Korea National Oil Corporation ("KNOC"), Dana has applied for the de-listing of the Company and cancellation of the admission to trading of the ordinary shares of the Company. The de-listing and cancellation of admission to trading is scheduled to occur on 28 October 2010.

Further to the above, Dana reports that Mr. Tom Cross, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has tendered his resignation which will become effective on 8 November 2010.
