UPDATE ON PUBLICATION OF 2006 RESULTS

FRIDAY, 31 August 2007 -- Inova Holding plc ('Inova' or 'the Company'; LSE-AIM:
INA) announces that the audit of its financial statements for the year ended 31
December 2006 is still continuing and the Company's auditors have not yet agreed
the numbers as stated in the announcement dated 31 July 2007.

The Board now expects to publish audited results for 2006 by the end of
September. In the meantime, the temporary suspension of trading on AIM in Inova
shares will continue.
