diversified financial services provider and retailer, announces
that on 4 October 2024 Andrew Meehan, Non-Executive Chairman, and
his spouse, Susan Meehan, sold 100,000 and 25,000 ordinary shares
in the Company, respectively at an average price of 216.8 pence per
share for retirement planning reasons.
Following the sale, Andrew Meehan
has a notifiable interest in 192,320 ordinary shares in the
Company, representing 0.60% of the issued ordinary share
capital.
