The Company was informed on 2 April 2007 that North Atlantic Value LLP (as
investment manager of Leisure & Media VCT  PLC) was interested in 5,000,000
ordinary shares which now represented less than 3 per cent. of the issued share 
capital of the Company following the increase in the issued share capital of the
Company.
