(together the "Notes" and each a "Series")

issued under the Imperial Brands Finance PLC (formerly Imperial Tobacco Finance PLC) and Imperial Brands Finance Netherlands B.V. EUR15,000,000,000 Debt Issuance Programme (the "Programme") irrevocably and unconditionally guaranteed by Imperial Brands PLC (formerly Imperial Tobacco Group PLC)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Condition 16 (Notices) of the Terms and Conditions of each Series of Notes.

We refer to the guarantee by Imperial Tobacco Limited of all monies due in respect of the Notes (the "ITL Guarantee"), given pursuant to the deed of guarantee, as amended and restated from time to time (the "Deed of Guarantee"), in connection with the Programme.

Pursuant to, in accordance with, and in satisfaction of, the conditions set out in, Clause 10 (Termination) of the Deed of Guarantee, Imperial Tobacco Limited has terminated the ITL Guarantee and is discharged and released from all obligations and liabilities under the Deed of Guarantee in respect of the Notes.

Capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall bear the same respective meanings given to such terms in the Deed of Guarantee.

For the avoidance of doubt, the unconditional and irrevocable guarantee by Imperial Brands PLC of all monies due in respect of the Notes remains in full force and effect.
