Independence Community Bank Corp. Announces Increase in Quarterly
Cash Dividend BROOKLYN, N.Y., April 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ --
Independence Community Bank Corp. (NASDAQ:ICBC), announced today
that its Board of Directors has approved an increase in the
quarterly cash dividend to $0.27 per share of common stock from the
most recent quarterly dividend of $0.26 per share. The new dividend
will be payable on May 25, 2005 to stockholders of record at the
close of business on May 11, 2005. Independence Community Bank
