On October 7, 2024, Intrusion Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will host a business update call on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at 4:15 Eastern Daylight Time, to provide a corporate update on the Company’s recent business activities and to review the Company’s preliminary revenue results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2024.

A copy of the press release announcing the business update call and providing the dial-in information for the call is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
