Vernon A. Dosch as a director,
effective Nov. 15, 2024.
Dosch, a respected leader with more than 45 years of expertise
in the electric utility and broadband industries, brings a deep
commitment to community and industry advancement.

effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders—qualities

accounting as well as a master's degree in management from the
