EXPLANATORY NOTE
On August 18, 2022, Tufin Software Technologies Ltd. (the “Company”, “Tufin” or “we”) issued a press release entitled “Tufin Announces Second Quarter 2022 Results” announcing its financial results for
the period ended June 30, 2022. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 herewith.
