Cordia’s Indian Joint Venture to Deploy Network Nodes in Five Additional Cities

Cordia Corporation (CORG.PK), a global communications service provider of traditional CLEC, Data and Voice over Internet Protocol (“VOIP”) technologies announced today that its Indian joint venture, CordiaLT, plans to deploy five additional network nodes by June 30, 2010. Through these nodes, CordiaLT will provide metro fiber and wireless access to CordiaLT’s network in each city. In addition to these cities, the company has identified approximately 100 Indian cities with sufficient demand to support metropolitan access nodes that it will be targeting over the next two years.

“Our joint venture has a nationwide license that permits us to sell IP data and voice services throughout all of India,” said Kevin Griffo, President of Cordia Corporation. “We recently changed our strategic focus in India from selling primarily VoIP services to selling wholesale and enterprise data services and we are seeing incredible demand for our data services throughout India. Our sales team is now methodically targeting additional markets and as they accumulate sufficient orders in each city we will open additional nodes.”
