Mr. Robert Donick is an accomplished lawyer having practiced commercial and corporate law, focusing on intellectual property issues, early in his career. Mr. Donick has been in-house Corporate Counsel for Shell Canada Limited and more recently was Corporate Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary for Luscar Ltd. where he managed Luscar's legal requirements and assisted in the $1 billion dollar IPO and corporate re-organization of Luscar in 2006. Since leaving Luscar, Mr. Donick has worked as a legal consultant and has served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for an emerging ethanol producer with plans to construct a $250 million ethanol plant in Western Canada.
