Intelligence Information Systems, Inc. ("China Intelligence", "The

application and cloud computing related consulting service,
products, solutions and implementation service in the People's Republic of China, today
announced that the Company has signed contracts with a total value
at approximately $1 million with
State Grid Corporation of China
and its subsidiaries ("State Grid").
State Grid, ranking number seven in 2011 on the Fortune Global
500, is the largest electric power transmission and distribution
company in the world. With five subsidiaries in Northern China, Northeastern China, Eastern China, Middle China and Northwestern China, its operations cover 26
provinces and account for over 88% of the electricity usage in
China.
After two years of research and development, China Intelligence
has designed a comprehensive and integrated datacenter
virtualization, disaster tolerance and backup solution for the
State Grid, to satisfy their current IT requirements and future
cloud computing demands. After installation, the State Grid will
increase the utilization and flexibility of its hardware, lower
operating and maintenance costs, and simplify its backup process.
More importantly, this solution will expand the infrastructure
bandwidth of its existing IT infrastructure allowing the system to
become compatible for future cloud computing solution
implementation.
