(1) On April 4, 2021 the Reporting Person filed a Form 4 that inadvertently reported that 1,790 Common Shares were withheld for the payment of exercise price or tax liability in connection with his exercise of options to purchase 100,000 Common Shares. In fact, as reported in this amendment, 1,710 shares were withheld for the payment of exercise price or tax liability in connection with his exercise of options.
