Mr Paul Clarke and Mr Simon Emeny notified the Company today that they were
exercising options over 1,333 and 1,000 Ordinary #1 'A' shares respectively
granted under an Inland Revenue Approved Savings Related Share Option Scheme.
The Ordinary #1 'A' shares exercised at maturity under the scheme were granted
at an option price of #4.14.
