MFB Hungarian Development Bank Private Limited Company , rated Baa3 (positive outlook) by Moody's and BBB by Fitch (stable outlook), has mandated Citi, Erste Group, ING and UniCredit as Joint Lead Managers and Joint Bookrunners to organize a Global Investor Call at 10 UKT / 11 CET on 1(st) June 2021, followed by a series of fixed income investor calls. A RoadshowRadar presentation and a preliminary offering circular will be made available.

A EUR-denominated 5-year Reg S only unsecured 500 million (WNG) offering will follow, subject to market conditions. MFB's obligations under the Notes are guaranteed by a statutory first demand absolute direct suretyship in accordance with Hungarian legislation pursuant to the MFB Act.

Relevant stabilization regulations including FCA/ICMA apply. Manufacturer target market (MiFID II product governance) is retail investors, professional investors and ECPs target market (all distribution channels). No PRIIPs key information document (KID) has been prepared.
