    Atlantic Global announces that it made market purchases of 55,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") on 29 August 2008.
The shares purchased will be cancelled and were purchased at a price of 18 pence per share. 

    Following the purchase, the Company's issued share capital consists of 22,809,350 Ordinary Shares, with one voting right per share.

    The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 22,809,350.
