PwC Appointed to Lead Independent Investigation

Further to the Company's announcement on 4 September 2017, the independent committee of the board of directors of the Company (the "Board") (being Harry Keiley and Lord Mancroft) (the "Independent Committee") announces that it has appointed PwC to undertake an investigation into the allegations referenced in that announcement. The appointment of PwC was made in conjunction with advice from the Company's advisers.

The Independent Committee has requested that PwC undertake its work in an expedited manner in order to provide the Independent Committee with an analysis of the factual accuracy of the allegations referenced in the 4 September 2017 announcement.

Further announcements will be made as and when appropriate, including when PwC formally report to the Independent Committee on its findings.

This Company's shares remain suspended from trading on AIM.
