Issue of Equity

Intandem Films plc, the London based international film group, is pleased announce the Company has received the GBP125,000 of outstanding subscription proceeds referred to in the announcement of 11 November 2013. Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for 25,000,000 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to commence on 24 January 2014.

The number of ordinary shares in the Company in issue following the issue on 24 January 2014 will be 408,668,647. The above figurers may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
